This study aims to determine how much influence WOM and E-WOM have on the decision visit Ampera 2 Tak Restaurant Bintaro Branch. type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach multiple regression analysis methods. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The population in this were all consumers who visited Veteran Restaurant. At same time, sample amounted 100 respondents. sampling technique uses accidental sampling. results show that far superior influencing product sales than because greater reach which connects many people without geographical boundaries so it has power, also opportunities exchange information via any internet site social media for free. Suggestions improve service quality feel satisfied make positive comments media.
